2009 Mile High Disc Golf Club Membership Your membership package will include a numbered club tag for competing in tag matches, club sticker, and supercolor mini marker disc. Cost is $20. If you pay via PayPal, a 4% fee will be added. Complete the form below. After submitting the form, you'll have the option to pay for your membership via PayPal or to mail a check to the club PO Box. Membership for 2009 is good for the entire year (expires 12/31/09). 2008 Memberships expire 12/31/08.
